What shipping options do you offer? How long will delivery take? Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Latvia and the EU.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Delivery options:

Omniva parcel terminals – 1–3 business days

UPS – 2–5 business days

In-store pickup (Riga) – Free

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Can I return or exchange an item? How do I start a return? What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To return a product:

  1. Contact us at info@blue-space.store within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  4. All returns must be sent to: Blaumaņa iela 12a–11, Rīga, LV-1011 or to the Omniva parcel terminal: Rīgas T/C Galleria Riga pakomāts.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Exceptions – we do not accept returns for:

• Worn or damaged items

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit cards

• Apple Pay

• Other options provided at checkout

All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

No, creating an account is not required to make a purchase.

However, we recommend it—you’ll receive 10% off your first order and get early access to new arrivals and sales.
