We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right is granted in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email at info@blue-space.shop) within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then return the items within the following 14 days.

How to Make a Return

Contact Us: Email us at info@blue-space.shop within 14 days of delivery to let us know you intend to return the item(s).
Include the Form: A Return Form is included inside your package. Please fill it out and include it with your return. If you have lost the form, just email us, and we will send you a new one.
Ensure Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Send It Back: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Return Destinations

All returned packages must be sent to our store address or to the Omniva parcel terminal at Galerija Rīga, Dzirnavu iela 67, Rīga. You may also return the item in person at our store with the filled return form for faster refund processing.

Refunds & Exceptions

Refunds: Will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items or receive proof of return shipment.
Exceptions: For hygiene and other reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or damaged items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Underwear, swimwear, or socks
