Shipping Information

Baltic Shipping (Omniva)

  • Service Area: Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.
  • Method: Omniva Parcel Terminals.
  • Cost: €3 flat rate.
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
  • Important Note: You will choose your preferred Omniva parcel machine after completing the payment process.

European Union Shipping (DHL)

  • Service Area: All other EU countries.
  • Method: DHL Express courier service.
  • Cost: €10 flat rate.
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days.

Pickup and Free Shipping

  • In-store Pickup (Rīga): Free.
  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over €300.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To return a product:

  • Contact us at info@blue-space.shop within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us of your intention to return the item(s).

  • A Return Form is included inside your package. Please fill it out and include it with your return.

  • If you have lost the return form, just email us and we will send you a new one.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • All returned packages must be sent to our store address or to the Omniva parcel terminal at Galerija Rīga, Dzirnavu iela 67, Rīga.

  • You may also return the item in person at our store. Just bring the filled return form with you — this will help us process your refund faster.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items or receive proof of return shipment.

Exceptions – we do not accept returns for:
  • Worn or damaged items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Underwear, swimwear or socks (for hygiene reasons)

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days from the day you received the goods, and return the items within the following 14 days.
